Exporting webpages in PI8

I have created a few pages in PI and have a host and a domain. Currently graphics and links are stored and are pointing to a folder on my local drive. How do I get everything to point to where it should on the website? I believe that the export option and the Microsoft Web Publishing wizard are the key, no? However I am using WinXP Home and there is no option to install it when I try to add new Windows components. Also the Microsoft knowledge base only mentions the Wizard as it relates to Win 95 and 2000 not XP. As you probably guessed, I posed this question to my host as well (a few minutes ago). But I figured someone here knows PI and might have experience with this issue. True? Hey I like PI, I know it, and this SHOULD work, so what's the deal?! I don't want to start over, I can tell you that!
