Screen capture doesn't work PI11

I tried to use the screen capture componet in PI 11. While the loading screen capture dialog apprears nothing else happens. If it is capturing I don't know where it is saving the file - since I can't configure this function.

I have the same problem. I have asked the support staff via e-mail, but no answer in two weeks! Why doesn't the support answer???

How did you contact the tech support? make sure you contact them properly. Contact Ulead Tech Support for this. Go to http://www.ulead.com/tech/techsupport.htm and submit an email through the Techincal Support Form.
