video on dvd to watch on tv

Hello
I need to put some of my family video on a dvd so that I can watch them on my dvd/TV. Using MovieFactory 3.5, which format do I need, DVD, VCD, SVCD, DVD-VR? Which are the first options I get in the Create Video Disc window.
