I have used Pinnacle Studio 9 to create a number of dvd presentations containing a mixture of slides and video clips. In every case, the reds in the stills are turned orange when rendered to dvd. Pinnacle support tells me that my image files are too large and need to be less than 125Kb. I am ready to junk Pinnacle and move to Ulead.
My question is. . . is this a general rendering problem that is also seen using Ulead VideoStudio? My image file sizes range from 125Kb to 350Kb per image.
I would try out the trial version but their FTP links retun "page can not be displayed errors" and when calling customer support today, they are "out of the office for training".
Any feedback on this issue would be appreciated. Thanks.

I know that in Video Studio, colours of things such as titles are often altered by the program in order to be able to display on a TV screen.
Perhaps it's possible that your slideshow images contain such colours - that would display OK on a pc monitor but not a TV.
