Colour (I'm Canadian) Bars and black

Hi

Is there easy access to bars and black in the Program Manager somewhere or do I need to record that on my camera and then upload that into the program.

I want to put some bars and black at the head of my program so that I can cue up audio files that I send out to ProTools for work. I'm sure that you can do some of the audio work in the box but since I have and sort of know how to use ProTools I'd like to use that.
