PS4 Patch May Be Coming
I don't want to give false hope to anyone having problems with PS4 however I recently emailed Ulead tech-support and was told (quote) "we are planning the schedule for a PictureShow 4 patch". Unfortunately, no time frame was mentioned. Apparently this forthcoming patch will address multiple issues however one of it's components will be "DPS4_Comm_Patch.exe" which (quote) "is for burning patch only" (but not other known bugs). If you contact tech-support, they may send you a link to download this pre-release component (DPS4_Comm_Patch.exe) if they feel it will help, based on your description of your problem. I haven't experienced any burning issues so I can't comment on it's effectivness. I'm just a user like yourself so I don't have any more info than what I've already mentioned in this posting. I hope it's helpful to anyone who was not already aware of this.
