When I burn DV footage to a DVD that I have captured from my Sony Handycam. The result when I play it on my DVD player is a very good quality picture but there is something not right. The picture is not smooth. there are like horizontal lines running through the picture. Any way the the final result after burning is just not right.
Has anybody had this problem when burning DV to DVD
This only happens when actually edit the DV footage. If I just capture a DV clip and go straight to burn to a DVD the picture is perfect.
