Don't want chapter per clip in MF4

Hi,

I'm using MF4 trial version on Win XP.

I started to created a project by loading 8 video clips. before each clip I added slide show.

I'm currently creating the menu for this project, MF considers each slide show and each video clips as separate chapter. I wish that only the begin of each slide show will consider as new chapter and ignore the video clips.

All my efforts that MF4 will not add the video clips as chapter and/or to delete the video clip chapters form the menu were ineffectually .

Does someone has any workaround

The individual items in your time-line become the "titles" (main menu items) in your DVD structure. You need to join each slideshow and corresponding videoclip so that they are one item in the timeline. Unfortunately they cannot be joined directly using the Join/Separate button in the Add Media area.

- If you select each slideshow and use the Export button at the left hand end of the timeline to "Fast Exort DVD compiant video..", you can then
- import the exported video and use it to replace the corresponding slideshow. (delete the slideshow version)
- You will then be able to join the two items in the timeline. Highlight the imported slideshow and corresponding video by pressing and holding CTRL and clicking on each. Then use the Join/separate button to join them.

Now one button will be generated on the main menu for each.
