Had absolutely no problems with the TBFYB version of PI 11.
After installing the full version, I do not have any Galleries or Libraries even after downloading and installing each individually.
The files show up in the PI folder, but nothing seems to work to get them to show up in the program.
Any ideas?

re: Missing Galleries
What installer did you use when you installed the full version? The CD (retail) or ESD (electronic download)?
If you have the CD installer, the galleries and other easypallete contents should be installed after the main program finishes installing. A prompt will come up asking if you want to to install the easypallete to your hard drive. Choose yes.
If you have the electronic download installer, the easypallete components should be installed by downloading it through "Smart Download" or by downloading and installing it manually from the ESD webpage http://www.ulead.com/pi/esd.htm

Hmmm. Installed from ESD.
Using Advanced Workspace.
In the PI 11 program folder, all the galleries and libraries are where they are suppose to be. However, in the program, when I go to open the Galleries they are empty.
I've tried reinstalling galleries via smart download. No change.
I think I will wipe PI 11 out and try fresh this evening.
Really is a weird problem.

Uninstalled, reinstalled, same problem - no galleries or libraries available within the program, even though they are in the Photoimpact program folder.
Try uninstalling, reinstalling again. No change.
Uninstal one more time. Only this time I went into the program folder and found the PI 11 folder was still there with a bunch of stuff still in it. Then went to the Application Data folder. Found PI 11 folder still there also. Manually deleted both. Ran Registry Repair which found 33 PI 11 reference still in registry. Deleted all of them.
Reinstalled. Works 100% now. I suspect that there was something left over from the TYBFYB version that had not cleaned out and was confusing the ESD.
Anyway, all is well and I am happily editing and creating in PI 11.
