Hello, I'm new to Ulead and I'm learning how to use VS9. Can you purchase additional effects to add to your library? I have used windows movie maker 2 and you can purchase many effects. More transitions ect...

I think that you'll find that once you download and install the extra content you will have lots and lots of effects/transitions, that are free.....
I done some rough figuring and you will have about 154 transitions, most of which can be further customized. That's about 2,938 different possiblities, at a minimum, again FREE... Thats only the transitions I didn't figure the video effects/filters...
