Smart Download Error -- Need Menu Template

Post by Mustang3 »

I'm making a movie and I'm currently trying to get a nice menu look. I like the "Speed" menu however, It'd be nice to get a movie or moving menu as the background.

I dont' have like 5 templates and I heard you can get more by Smart Download. I tried launching it and I get an error. "Cannot get URL from push file".

Can anyone help me with this. It isnt a must that I need to use this if there is another way I can get the extra templates and such...

Also is this the only place I can get templates for my movie menu?

Please help me. Thanks! :)

In days past I would have referred you to their public FTP site, which is where they stored folders with updates and the ESD update packs. Now, however, those sites no longer work.

My best advice would be to ask Ulead for help. Perhaps they could direct you to the direct download page for their ESD content. Once of those files should have the template you want.

Of course if you purchased VS online you could already have these links in an email....

Trial and (if I'm not mistaken) CD-ROM versions of VS9 can't use the Smart Download feature. If you can find a suitable image somewhere on your computer or perhaps through google image search you could crop it to the appropriate size (720X480, etc.) and use it as a menu background.
