FTP Site Access?

Is anybody else having problems accessing the ftp site? I'm trying to download the dvd burner engine update, but can't access the site.

No problems here accessing the FTP sites.

Sometimes the Internet traffic will be a little busy so you cannot access the FTP site. If you come back after a few hours you should be able to access it OK.

I am also having problems downloading updates on Movie Factory 3. I have been trying for a couple weeks but when click the down load get message cannot connect.

I can download the files OK. You might need to check the Downloading FAQ from Ulead.

Please contact your ISP provider to see if there's any problem with your network connection, or you can use some FTP programs like CuteFTP or WS FTP to help you to download the file.
