Has anyone been able to get the capture functions, either image or video, with wintv to work? I have a brand new system with windows xp and no other dvd authorizing or writing software installled and I have applied the lattest patch but software will can capture any images nor any videos (I have not even gotten to attempting to write to a disk LOL!!!!!!).
Also, does anyone know how long the usual wait is to receive a reply from tech support? Do they ever even acknowledge receipt of problem? :

Let's hope turn around is reasonably quick; I have a similar environment with a newish (11 month old) Dell running XP Pro and have just installed the WinTV-PVR-USB2 product that came with DVD Movie Factory bundled. I was able to record off Cable to my hard-drive OK but my first DVD (edited and made with the Ulead product) won't even read on the burner that made it. I submitted a tech support form with my "DVD Region Error" problem and I'll give it a few days before opening my own Subject. Good Luck!
