PI10 Problem with Component Designer

Everytime I click Export As Individual Objects in the Component Designer, I get the following error: "Unable to Open File... ". The error message then hiccups its way through a progressively longer file path name (as I click the OK button again and again), finally disappearing after displaying the temp file's name. I think it might be an issue with where my temp directory is, but I can't find anywhere to change that. My temp directory IS in its default location that Windows assigns.

I did try changing my Virtual Memory directory under Preferences, System, but that didn't work.

In order to work around it for now, I'm having to go to my actual temp directory, find the exported file and open it in PI from there. Has anyone had any experience getting the program to work correctly under these circumstances?

I am using PI10, with patch applied, in Windows 2000 (SP3), 1.8 Ghz P4, 520 MB RAM
