Need help burning

Trying to burn, after conversion I got the massage: "The video data mpeg file is not compatible".
This is a video that I have captured using MF4. I have checked the properties, and it looks o.k.
The file properties are:
Video data rate: 3703.13
Compression: dv video encoder type 2
Video attributes: 24 bits, 720*576, 4:3
Compression :PCM
Audio attributes: 48.000 kHz 16 bit stereo

I am using MF4 and windows xp home edition
