What do you use to convert wma files to mp3 - not in softwar

I thought the software would have what I needed in order to
use my windows media player files or somehow copy from cds - surprise, surprise - guess i was naieve! What is a good tool for converting to mp3
that wont add spyware or viruses to my pc!! thanks for your HELP! :(

One of the better shareware converters is "dBpower AMP 11.5". It has an excellent reputation and definitely no spyware/adware. After 30 days I believe you have to pay a $14 license fee for the mp3 component if you want to continue using it.

EDIT: BTW, for other similar programs just go to CNET http://download.com and seach on terms such as MP3 CONVERTER or AUDIO CONVERTER and you'll find hundreds to choose from. CNET does not host ANY software downloads that contains spyware or adware.
