Direct to Disk Problem

I'm having the odd problem that when I use "Direct to Disk" method it only works one time. It captures fine and burns fine one time only. Then the only way to make a readable DVD again is to uninstall and re-install MF3 SE. If I capture to the hard drive it still won't burn a readable disk either. The program doesn't crash, it goes thru all the stages thru to completion but the DVD won't read on either my DVD player or Windows Media Player.

Any ideas??
