Unable to load library error

My project plays fine by activating Play on the timeline but when I try to create a Video file I get the following error message: -

Unable to load library
19151:3:3

I'm using VS9, any idea what the problem might be? I suspect it might be something to do with the project itself as I've managed to create other video files with no problem.

Just started my PC and VS9 this morning, loaded the project, creating video file OK. Bit of a mystery this one!
