video mpeg format resize

I have a mpeg movie (see it at www.docdolphin.nl/docdolphin.mpg). But i want to enlarge it to full screen and keep the image ratio aspect. So i have to cut of the top and the bottom. i cant find out how to do the is there anyone who knows a easy way to do this (i am a dummy).
