While trying burning DVD+R DL, I got this error:

Failed to burn data onto the disc.
Error: (0x8004145D) DVD+R-SPTI-2A-03-0C-00

What are the details to this error and what is the solution?

I have no have no problem burning DVD-R DL last week, but wanted to burn DVD+R DL. This burn had three chapters. The size of the file is 7.92 gb.
