Pi 10 (v 10.0.3.0 SE ) was bundled with my Packard Bell computer. I would like to uninstall it but the program is not listed in "Add/Remove prgrams" in the Control Panel. When I try to register the product to ask for tech help the version list only goes up to v8 and the Serial number is not accepted.

We can only guess, since you give no indication about your system or your location.
My PI 10 is version 10.0.0.1 ESD. Where did your version come from? Maybe you have the US version, recompiled by NOVA? NOVA is the US re-seller of ULEAD and usually completely recompile their PI versions and bundle them with other software. ULEAD does not recognize these as far as I know.
