Background Menu Template Problem

When I select the background picture from Menu Template, it does not change the background. I can change the layout, etc, but not the background. Thanks........

Tell us a little more. Sounds like the program isn't working properly but why would that be? Did you buy disks or download your copy? Etc.

Bought disc.

I've made a few DVD successfully. The only problem is when creating the background menu, it doesn't accept my selection from the Menu Template. I have to select, then close and save, open again. But this is not always successful. ????
