100 Templates, Themes, etc

I just purchased CD & DVD Photo Slideshow V4 and am very dissatisfied. They advertise 100 templates but it is a separate download. There is only about 35 themes. I have never received an email to get the free templates (with purchase) and I have asked about a refund but no one will address the refund issue.
If I must keep this software, can anyone help me with the templates and themes that should have come with the purchase?

After you've launched the program and added some images to your project in Step 1 (aka; "organize"), go to the next tab Step 2 (aka; "Theme") and click the "Gallery" tab. Here you should find a drop-down menu that includes 6 theme based categories, each having 5 or so menu backgrounds. Once you've downloaded and installed the "bonus content", a 7th category called "Free Download 1" will be added to the drop-down. This contains around 45 additional menu backgrounds. Then, while still in Step 2, go to the next tab "Menu" and click on the tiny icon with a gold colored sunflower directly under the "Background Image" button. Here you should see another 25 menu backgrounds. If you need to navigate to them manually the path should be something like Program Files > Ulead Systems > Ulead CD & DVD Picture Show 4 > Content > Image. So all told, that should be about 100 menu backgrounds.

As for the above mentioned bonus content, when you received your order confirmation email, there should have been TWO download links. One for the application and another for the bonus content.
