Normalize at burn

Can anyone help please?

I want to normalize the audio in my project at the burn stage. I have within the project, a number of different audio tracks, some of which I have 'rubber-banded' to achieve different fade-in/out times.

If I apply normalization, will this effect my fade-in/out(s) or does normalization simply adjust the peak level of all tracks to the same magnitude and leave my customized fades intact?

You answered your own question. That's exactly what it does.
