Video Studio 9 Error

Hi,
When I start VS9 or during the edition of a slide show or when I close VS9 sometime I get a window with the following message:
The instruction "0x127c7224" referenced memory at "0x127c7224".The memory could not be read. Press OK to exit.
or with a different address "0x13457224"
When I press OK VS9 closed but I am not able to restart it without rebooting my PC.
I already reinstall VS9 from a CD.

I am working on a DELL PC with the following configuration:
DualCore Intel Pentium D840 3200Mhz
Windows XP professonial service pack 2
1024 Mb memory at 533Mhz
Graphic card Radeon X600 256 Hyper memory
Any adea?

Hello there. AFAIK that means a memory problem. Contact Dell if it is still under warranty. Otherwise, try taking one memory module at a time until the message no longer pop ups. Good luck, Juan.
