Can't "Open With... PI 11"

If I right click on a photo (jpeg) and select Open With... PI 11, it doesn't work. I just get an error saying PhotoImpact 11 has suffered a failure.

Aside from that it never seems to remember how I've set the tools for each view.

On the whole I'm happy with it, but I hope they release a patch soon to solve these niggles.
