Digital noise reducer

I use a D2hs Nikon and shoot with an auto ISO and a fixed shutter speed and aperature. The noise at ISO 1600 is not attenuated by PI 11's noise reducer and I have to go to PSP X and use that noise reducer to eliminate the noise. Does anyone know of a better noise plugin that will work with PI 11?

There is software like Noise Ninja, Neat Image, Noiseware and some others, available also as plug-ins.
