Custom Pan & Zoom setting problem

I've created a slide show with still photo's. Most of them have pan and zoom. Whenever i select custom pan & zoom settings, and then replay the project, all the photos pan and zoom the same way as the custom setting i just set. If I save the file and re-open u-lead, everything plays the way I set it, but as soon as i hit custom settings, the pan & zoom replays the same as the new custom again.

I'm using U-lead video studio 8, with windows XP, g-force fx5200 video card. I have another computer with win 98 and an old elsa video card, and it does the same thing.

any idea's. I've tried changing nearly all the preferences and nothing works, I've reinstalled twice.
