Add Effect in VS softs!!!

How I add effect in the video?

example: the film has 60 seconds and I wanted to add to the effect "old movie" between 00:25 seconds and 00:50 seconds only.

I don't want use Multi trim or Split by scene.

How to??

I use VS9.

In the timeline to go the positon where you want to add the old movie effect. Then use the scissor tool located to the right of the mark-in mark-out tools. This will cut your clip, now you would have two(2) clips. Apply the effect to which ever clip you want...
