Cannot Get URL from push file???!!!

Heya, ive recently downloaded the trial for photo impact and i want to use stamps ut when i click on the stamp i want it says "Cannot Get URL from push file" can anyone tell me what this means??? please help!!!!

This is a rather common problem and has been covered in a number of threads here. Go to the Ulead website and download the extras from there. The so called "Smart Download" is anything but
