What is largest number of chapters Movie Factory can handle

We move sports clips to DVD and each clip is its own file therefore Movie Factory sees them individually and creates a chapter for each. We frequently exceed the chapter limit but can't determine what the limit is. If there is a work around or hack to increase the number of chapters, we would be very interested in learning how to do this.

You can have 99 chapters per title.

Not sure what the number of Titles limit is for a DVD?

Are you sure they're showing up as separate "chapters" or separate "titles"?
