Moviefactory 3.0 Slideshow+Black Border problem

I've been using MF3.0 for quite some time now and never had any issues.
All of a sudden, when creating a slideshow, I get a black border in the final VOB (burned VOB or to HD) around the slideshow. It shows on PC-screen and on TV (no more oversize).
I've been making slideshows in the past with the same config and never had this error. I also just re-installed MF3.0 - no change.

I am using a PAL MF3.0 with all patches.

Has anybody an idea ? I am desperate to get rid of this black border - It's a slideshow of my wedding...!
