Creating Menus

Hello,
How do you create a menu in DVD Workshop 2 with an aspect ratio of 16x9.

Create menu like normal, the 16x9 will look scrunched in the 4:3 preview. Burn DVD folders to your hard drive. Then use a free program called ifoEdit to alter the menu flags to 16x9, then burn to disc. DVD Workshop 2.0 does not allow for the creation of 16x9 menus within the software. A little misleading cause the selling points claim full 16x9 support, but they mean for 16x9 video files.

Creating Menus

I'm still unable to create a menu with an aspect ratio of 16:9.
This is what I am doing:
I create a project in DVDWS2 using video captured in widescreen on a Sony HC40 digital camcorder, a menu is then added using DVDWS2 preset templates. The project is then saved and burned to DVD FOLDERS.
ifoEDIT is then used to open DVD FOLDERS and the file VTS-01-0.ifo is launched.
Under Menu Attributes I double click on the line that shows (4:3) and select 16:9 and click OK. Save is then clicked and the file is saved in the same foler as the original.
A DVD disc is burned from DVD FOLDERS but when this is played on a widescreen TV, the menu is still displayed in 4:3 aspect ratio.
