Freeze frame item greyed out

I am trying to create a freeze frame in MSP6.5. For some reason the menu item is greyed out. It is in fact the only item in that section of the menu that is greyed out.

The manual has no information on how to create a freeze frame. Any help would be immensely appreciated.

Try splitting the audio from the video. That should enable the freeze frame menu item.
