Getting ahold of Ulead?

I bought the VideoGraphics Lab, the one on special with MSP 8. But I got no activiation code in any e-mail. Ordered it with the CD on demand - nothing in there either. Called Element 5 & they said, Gee, we don't see one either, call Ulead.

What is the best way to get ahold of these guys? Have tried e-mail and phone. Still waiting 4 days for e-mail and 2 days for return call. Have I any hope of getting an activitation code out of them before my now 22 day free trial runs out, or should I just get a refund and re-purchase. (If I can get someone to do that.) Anyone else with this problem?

Sure would love to be using the programs I paid for.
Any advice on dealing with Ulead appreciated.

Just keep attempting via telephone. I find it best in the early afternoon (1-2pm CT). True, they are hard to reach -- and I get "we are currently closed" messages at 5pm CT (that's only 3pm PST) -- but it's still your best bet.

It all worked out last night. Got a call from Ulead yesterday am & they told me it would take 24 hours to fix it, but I had the key by that evening. Thanks Becky at Element 5 and Alex at Ulead. Everything is working great now. The phone is definately your best bet for a response.
