Hi I am trying to uninstall the program so I can reinstall because when i start program keeps coming up g key error and i am having other problems . when i go to uninstall it says this

If Ulead tech support can't help you, there's one thing that almost always works in these situations...
Back-up everything. Reformat your hard drive, and re-install Windows (and everything else).
Make sure you have all of your application & driver CDs. And if you've never done this before, don't start now with a computer that has anything important on it. Some files are tricky to back-up and restore. (i.e. Outlook e-mail and contacts.)
BTW - I doubt that the setupdll.cpp file came from Ulead. A .cpp file is a C++ source code file that would be compiled to a dll or exe file before being distributed. Anything with a .cpp extension is probably something that they want to keep from the competition (and hackers). But, there could be a bug in the code and it thinks setupdll.cpp is the problem.... or, it's some degugging or fault-reporting code that recognizes that file as the root cause of the problem.
