I have edited my video and am confused as to which "share" format I should choose so my video will play clearly via DVD on a big screen TV.
There are so many options in "Create Video File" that I'm at a loss. I tried "Same as project settings" but it created a 8Gb file from a 3 minute clip. My original captured video is only 5Gb.
I would like the video to look OK on both both widescreen and traditional TV screens.
What "share" format should I choose for DVD playba

Project settings
If you project settings gave you a larger file than your input file, then I would believe that your project settings are not the same as your input file.
I recommend that you use DVD settings, to see what these are, select Output file as DVD and then write down what the setting are.
I use PAL, so my settings could be different to yours, but I recommend that you use DV if from a camera and only change settings to DVD when creating the final DVD or output file. Or if using MPEG2 files, use the same setting for the input files, the project and the output file/DVD, for example, create files as MPEG2 720x576 (for PAL), 8000 Constant Bit Rate, 100% Quality on the slider, whatever frame rate is support by your area, 25 for PAL, 29 for NTSC, etc.
