Made many DVDs with MF, but this one cannot be read by DVD

I've made over 10 DVDs that all play fine in my 400 DVD changer, but my last one gives me a "CANNOT READ" error on the DVD changer, but plays fine on the PC. It comes from the same batch encoded videos as the previous DVD that worked fine. MF does not convert the videos, I convert them to DVD compliant in another program since the MF converter desyncs the audio from the video. I've tried rebooting and burning the disc again (on another DVD-R) and have the same problem.

What can be causing this and how can I fix it?
