rotate video

In MSPro V8 is there a way to rotate a video taken with a photo camera from portrait to landscape mode?
If not, is there another utility that permit to do that?

What do you use to process you still images? Doesn't that have a rotate function?

I suggest PhotoImpact or PhotoExplorer.
