Cannot get the mpeg4 download
I signed on as a user, went to the proper page, keyed in my serial number and it just sits there. I do not have popups blocked. I can get to the site ending in tw if I click on it but it appears to be in Chinese or something. I emailed customer support a week ago and got no answer. So, what is next? Anyone gave a clue.

If you can't get the download link to work, tech-support is probably your only hope. Unfortunately Ulead's response pattern is inconsistant. In some cases I've gotten a reply within a few hours and other times, no response at all. If you don't receive a reply within a reasonable time period (which I would define as a day or two), continue to re-email them. Sooner or later your issue will be resolved.
