I have 2 questions. I just bought DVD Xpress, but I have version 3. How do I get version 4? Also I'm getting the error in the subject line when I attempt to capture video from my camcorder.

DVD Xpress came with a program called Capture Wizard right? Try capturing with that. Then, you can edit and make DVDs with Movie Factory.
Capturing analog video is tricky. Some drivers don't work with Movie Factory... but it did come bundled with yoiur hardware!
You can upgrade to Movie Factory 4 Standard for $35, or to Movie Factory 4 Disc Creator for $65.
