Help Needed!

I have received this email from Jerry. Please help him. It is possible that the confirmation emails are going to his spam folder, due to filters, or maybe not! Maybe there is a browser incompability! Maybe .............. figure it out!

Regards,
AX

Hi Ax,

I apologize for bothering you this way. I'm also in San Diego and have been trying to register in the Ulead Web board. My problem is, I complete the registration form using a valid email address, but never get the confirmation email (and I assume a link to click and validate.)

So now I've got three user names (jaf, jafike, and jfike) that are listed in the database but I can't log in. I'm running out of email addresses.

Could you please take a moment and contact one of the web boards moderators to email me so I can get this resolved? I can't contact a moderator because I can't log in and my email to Ulead Support has gone unanswered (except the confirmation that I contacted Ulead Sopport).

Thank you

The problem is more likely then not, with his ISP or email program. Can he influence the spam filter or does he not have any control over it? Who is his ISP, which browser does he use?

After some investigation I am 80% sure that some providers blacklisted Ulead because of SPAMMING
This means that email has NO CHANCE to get to you, because it never gets to your provider. It is dropped before your provider gets email body. Never mind your personal spam settings- they just have no chance to work.

You may try to talk to some technical support of your email provider, to un-blacklist Ulead. I am sure it is no worse than Ulead's support, which is, for all purpose, nonexistant.

You got what you paid for. Me, unfortunately, too :(

When I originally registered here, the email notification went to my yahoo email address. As mentioned, the yahoo email filters treated it as spam, so it went into my default junk/bulk folder (I send all the filtered emails into a bulk folder).

So it is very possible that the email is being filtered...

I'm with yahoo also. I have no problem getting e-mails from Ulead. Should you find one in your bulk folder, just click on the button "Not Spam" and you should be fine.
