default for pan and zoom

On videoStudio 9 custom zoom the start default is always 112 and the end is 146. I want my start to always be 100 and also to assign 250 for end subject to change as the clip requires. I cannot find preference menu for the pan action and do not know why 112 and 146 always appear as default
Is there a plug in that zooms on video?

You're correct with the pan/zoom defaults.

Individual occurence of the filter can be tuned with the little gear button in Attributes / Customize.
There you can specify start and end zoom values, center positions, as well as an extra center position, including possible waiting times at all positions.
You have to do it again for each effect, though.
