Can't Download MPEG-4 plug-in (no download screen).

I bought and registered VS9. I entered serial # in area.
It entered ok - but no download screen came up.
I tried again and again - even went to the procedures to confirm.

Now it says that I've entered the serial # too many times.
I hate this f-in bs. It is so frustrating. Now I'm stuck with
fixing it.

Can anyone PLEASE HELP! What do I do!!!!!!

How can I reset this and download - it's the WHOLE REASON I PURCHASED
this was for the MPEG-4 plug-in!!!!!

How can I download it!!!!!!!!

Well now you need to contact Ulead Technical support - but if no download screen came up it sounds very much as though you did not turn of your pop-up blocker as instructed.

However, I read the instructions and even tried
2 different browsers. I appreciate the assumption
I didn't do as asked. Thanks!
