I just installed a new DVD writer and the ULEAD 3.5 software came with the drive. Having read about ULEAD, the software that I received appears to be a subset of the real thing. Here is what I want to do:
I have hundreds of digital pictures that I want to merge with small clips from basketball games that are currently recorded on DVD. Can this be done with MovieFactory?
I do not have any video cards in my pc; therefore, I was hoping to cut and paste the basketball clips directly from the DVD in my PC to either my external disk or directly into the MovieFactory program. Can this be done?
Do I need to upgrade to V4 to make this happen? Should I upgrade to V4 regardless? Thanks!

since you are using an SE version of MoveiFactory, its subject to some feature limitation. im not sure the exact number but slideshows in SE version can only add limited number of images per slideshow.
full versions can have unlimited number of images per slideshow with up to 99 slideshow on disc. yeah, i think you should upgrade....
