Can not import mini DVD/Sony to VS9
I try to import a mini DVD (8 cm/Sony) into VideoStudio 9, but get this info when I try it: Unspecified error, report ID 0x80041468 (5224) and later this: 0x80040911 (2321). I have tried to reinstall VS9, but still I get the errors. Contacted Sony, but they say, that I must call Ulead! Please help me!!!!

Cannot import Sony DVD
I had that problem too. While don't bother with the Pixela software or the USB hookup to the camera, it's just too flakey. While the DVD is still in the camera you must "Finalize" it. Remove the DVD and put it into your computer DVD drive. "Capture" from there. Or if you have a large enough HD, copy the "Video_TS" folder from the 8cm DVD to a folder on your HD. In the long run it speeds up the whole process.
