downloads

Hello can anyone help?? I cannot seem to get the templates, graphics any of them it seems to download it goes through the process of downloading and then it says files downloaded 0
got any ideas

Use the links in the original email that was sent to you? i.e. I am assuming you are refering to the ESD version. Hopefully your links are still active and haven't expired.

I had/have a similar problem with Photo Impact 10 (ESD) - unfortunately in that case all of the extras are only available through their download system - which doesn't work worth a damn. If I had known that I needed to use it to download half the program I would never have wasted my money on v10.
