Can't save still image

Hi All,
I can't seem to save a still image from a video clip. I can see that option availiable, but when I click on the option, it does not save the image to the library. Has anyone seen this before. Thanks for any info.

Have you checked to see if the image file has been saved in the working folder? i.e. File -> Preferences (Working Folder).

It might be there and you just have to add it manually (which you shouldn't have to do but...).

Is the option to save still image "greyed out" ?
