How do I lengthen time for clips? I have a short clip that I need and i just want to slow time down for that one clip. Is it possible in this program? Please help. Thank you.

Highlight the clip in the timeline.

Select Playback speed from the left panel.

This will also alter the audio speed.

your audio speed will slow down, so the sound will be distorted. But you can mute the sound and then add your music on any one of the 3 audio tracks available to you

No - the speed option was only introduced from version 7 and is still in version 8
