I have just acquired Ver 4.0.0.1. When I'm in Organize, I have trouble moving among the displayed slide rows in an up and down manner. When I use the movable slide bar on the right of the screen, everything works fine initially. However, after using it for a short time, when I move the mouse ANYWHERE on the screen, it will cause the side row to either move up or down and sometimes to the top or bottom of the slide show. When this happens, no selections via the mouse are available. I have found no way to stop this after it starts other than ending the program and coming back in. Is this a bug in the program? I do have ~ 300 slides in the show. Is there a maximium? I'd love to break this show into smaller units for editing, but apparently there is no way to recombine them later into one side show.
Has anyone run into this problem and come up with a solution?

Thanks for the response. I have 1 gig of RAM and a 3 gHz Intel processor using XP 2nd. Windows Task Manager indicates the CPU usage is low and peak RAM usage is well below the 1 gig that is installed. To me the hardware looks to be adequate. There use to be issues prior to XP with Windows resources. Does XP have any of these issues? Comments?
I'd like to break down the slide show as you suggested just for ease of editing. Is there a way to recombine them later in Ver. 4?

Yeah, it seems you have enough hardware for it. Have you tried reinstalling it?
Maybe you could try installing it to another PC and let us see if it has the same results. ^_^

I'M having a similar problem.
Scrolling goes crazy when I am in Themes -> Slideshow ->Audio and Effect and try to move through slides to add voice annotations. I click on scroll bar once and it runs all the way to one end. I click on it again and it runs all the way to the other end. To make matters worse, shortly thereafter I get the dreaded "Windows has encountered a problem and needs to close" message.
I also have a PC running XP SP2 with plenty of resources. I have tried uninstalling and installing with no change.
